  • We strive to display artworks, prints, and products as accurately as possible. However, variations in color, finish, or scale may occur due to screen differences or the unique nature of art.

  • Availability of items is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout through our secure payment gateway.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees depending on your shipping location.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship artworks and products worldwide unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier services.

  • All orders are carefully packaged for safe delivery.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to your shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Original artworks and limited-edition prints are final sale and non-returnable, except in the case of damage during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 15 Days of delivery by emailing hi@gavinrain.shop with photos of the artwork and packaging.

  • Once damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will not be granted for minor variations in color, scale, or finish, as these are inherent to original artworks and limited editions.

  • For other eligible products (non-artworks), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including artworks, images, logos, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Gavin Rain and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
